What can we return?
You may request for returns for most items you buy, expect those that are customized items and which are identified as not returnable.
Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product on the website.
Return will be processed only if:
it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
Products marked as “non-returnable” on it cannot be returned.
- Payments and refunds
When will I get my refund?
Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 8-10 days after we receive and process your return.
Once the payment is confirmed online, in 24 hours the order gets confirmed.
- Product warranty.
Depending on the product the warranty may differ ex. If you purchase a leather jacket, it will not have any other warranty apart from the stitching.
All products will listed will come with different warranty and some products might not even have warranty.
- Customization
You can customize the products the way you want subjected on availability of the products for customization, customized products cannot be returned and the customized product payments will be done online at the time of purchase.
- Email conformation.
Emails sent will be replied in 24 to 48 hours and if needed an email confirmation, it’s a free service so we cannot guarantee about the email conformation it might be due to technical issue, etc.
